Rose Boutique will not be held responsible for any incorrect information provided by the customer that results in failed delivery attempts or delivery to the wrong location.
If an order is delivered to an incorrect address or a delivery fails due to incorrect contact information provided by the customer, any additional shipping costs for redelivery will be the responsibility of the customer. Rose Boutique will treat this as a new delivery and additional charges will apply.
